Competitive prices compared to other hotels in Hamburg (most things are expensive there), mainly because of the distance to the city center. Not a big problem if you drive a car, there is parking available at the site for a small fee. The service was good, the room was clean, the bathroom was small but nice. Everything as supposed to be. I found the little coffee machine in room quite useful too.

Bed was extremely comfortable with lovely fresh linen. I had requested a "romantic" arrival as we were traveling on our honeymoon, we arrived to a gorgeous note from the hotel staff and a bottle of bubbles in our room, complete with fake rose petals on our bed:) Quite romantic indeed! We used the sauna both days and loved it, was a very clean and sterile area, you just need to book your slot in advance! Bath robes and towels included!

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight the next morning. Free on-site parking.

The staff were really friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and the hotel was very clean. The reception staff were always happy to help with booking transport and suggesting places to visit.

I liked the bathroom and the dinner most. Front of house staff was absolutely fabulous, and super helpful. Really amazing experience.
